We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use List Coder builds downloaded from /download for personal and commercial development. You retain ownership of your code. Anonymized usage data may be used for model training as disclosed in Privacy. You may not reverse-engineer hosted models or resell service as your own.
Do not use List Coder to generate malware, spam, or violate third-party rights. Respect rate limits on /api (see /openapi.json). We may suspend accounts for abuse, security risk or legal compliance. Enterprise customers have custom SLAs via /enterprise.
List Coder is provided “as is” without warranty. AI suggestions may be imperfect — review before shipping. To extent permitted by law, liability limited to fees you paid (free tier $0). We target 99.9% uptime for cloud APIs.
